Chili Dog Casserole

I actually 'pinned' this recipe to make more for Mike. I don't really like chili dogs, but I know he does.  Since we're still trying to get our house ready to put up for sale we were outside working all day and before we knew it, it was dinner time.  I threw this together in less than 10 minutes and then got back to cleaning.

2 (15 oz) cans chili with beans
1 (16 oz) package hot dogs
10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 (8 oz) package Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 425. Pour one can of chili on bottom of 9x13 baking dish.

Roll up hot dogs in tortillas and place in dish on top of chili.

Cover with other can of chili and cheddar cheese. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.

Again, it was amazing!! I will definitely be making it again!

  3. My husband and I loved this. We sprinkled regular onion on it and I put sour cream on mine. It was great and so easy to make. I would suggest 3 cans of chili just cause my husband loves chili.
