California Day 6

On our last full day in California we started out with a character breakfast at the PCH Grill at the Paradise Pier Hotel.  Marley got to dance with the characters a few times, and Mason finally didn't cry when Stitch came over to the table.  After that we went swimming and to lunch at Rainforest Cafe. Then we headed to Newport Beach to watch the sunset. We also got some milkshakes from Ruby's Diner which I am pretty sure is the restaurant shown at the end of the movie Taken 2 so that was pretty neat.

California Day 5

On our fifth day, Marley, Mike, Mason, my mom and I all headed to California Adventure. My dad went out on his own to see some military things. We immediately headed for Cars Land to get our fast passes for the Radiator Springs Racers. While my mom waited for those with Mason, Mike and I took Marley on the Tower of Terror.  She was okay with it until we got off and then she started crying.  I think we traumatized her because she keeps talking about it and it was almost a week ago. Oops! Mike had to go back to work tomorrow so he only got to spend the morning with us before he had to head off to the airport. We were sad to see him go =(

California Day 4

On our fourth day we were up bright and early to head to Disneyland.  Up until today we had been staying at a hotel in Anaheim Hills, but today we were also checking into our Disney hotel.  We went to the park for a while and then headed to The Grand Californian Hotel to relax and wait for Mike to arrive. While we were in California for the last 4 days, he was in Arizona visiting some friends. He made the 6 hour drive to Cali and was able to head to the park with us for the rest of the night.

A Disney employee came running up to Marley saying "Oh Princess Belle, can I have your autograph?" Marley signed her name in his book and gave a big smile. I don't think she knew what to think, but it was really cute!

My first Dole Whip. My dad stood in line for almost 30 minutes to get them for me and my mom.

California Day 3

On our third day of vacation we headed to Downtown Disney for a little shopping and a character dinner at Goofy's Kitchen. Marley loved the Lego Store and ended up getting three little Lego guys. The dinner was really good, but Mason cried whenever a character came over. We made it an early night because we had to get up early for DISNEYLAND!!

This and the one below are made from Legos. So cool!
